Set sail with us for the whale watch experience of a lifetime. Our destination: Stellwagen Bank Marine Sanctuary, a rich feeding ground for whales, dolphins, sea birds and other marine creatures. You’ll have a good chance to view several different species of large whales, including humpbacks, finbacks, minkes, pilot whales and the critically endangered right whales.

The location of the whales may require more travel time, extending the trip beyond three hours. Please allow for additional time in your schedule. The average trip is between 3.5 to 4 hours.

Incredibly amazing trip! We saw more than 10 whales some in association and one gotten pretty close to our boat and swam under! We saw some feeding activities going on and Pleat the whale breached twice! Also met Salt the famous whale of Boston! Very knowledgable and passionate tour guide, can’t ask for more!

Absolutely fantastic experience -sea was a little rough but we did get warning before the boat set sail - so glad we took the opportunity we saw five whales quite an emotional experience highly recommend

We saw an association of 6 humpback whales, and we also saw 2-3 other whales, on our tour and the guide knew which whales they were and what they were doing, socially, with each other, which made it a truly enriching encounter. It is about one hour from Boston to the location where the whales hang out, and during the boat ride there and back, crew members walk through the boat with whale artifacts, such as a piece of their "teeth-thing" and a bone from the spinal column of a large whale. There are educational signs about whales throughout the ship, too. We learned a lot. I highly recommend it!
