This was such a fun adventure with our 5 year old granddaughter! Some of the puzzles were too hard for her but the adults in our group had fun figuring them out! The whole thing was very well thought out and our granddaughter was thrilled with the treasure she found! After the treasure hunt she got to feed and comb the two burrows! And she loved the gold panning as well! Highly recommend! Our guide was excellent! I’m sorry I don’t remember his name - he has only been working there for 3 months after moving to Colorado form Cleveland...We actually went to the Country Cowboy Mine 18 years ago and did the mine tour with our 3 boys and it was wonderful too!!!

We absolutely loved the treasure hunt. We went with a group of adults and a 5 and 7 year old and we all enjoyed it. We also did the gold panning and could've stayed all day. We found a lot of fool's gold, gemstones, and of course real gold flakes. The water is very cold. There are 2 donkeys that walk around and visit guests...they are very sweet. There is also a big slide for kids and adults to slide down. It is an easy 10 minute drive from Breckenridge. We will definitely go back next time we are in the area.

That's great news because we love our treasure hunts too - it seems like a wide range of ages enjoy them - and it's outdoors too which is great for social distancing! Thank you so much for taking the time too write and let us know :)

We did the gold panning first and did the treasure hunt afterwards. The kids and the parents all loved it!!!
