Browns Canyon on the Arkansas River is our most popular trip! The unique combination of lots of exciting whitewater, spectacular canyon scenery, great mountain views of some of Colorado’s highest mountains and opportunities to spot wildlife make this the ideal raft trip. Exciting enough for seasoned paddlers, but not too scary for first-timers. You will want to bring your friends and family for epic rapids such as Pinball, Zoom Flume, and Big Drop!

We came as a large group of 25 (in town for a wedding) and The Adventure Company did an excellent job handling our group through check-in and getting us all of our gear in a very organized and timely fashion. On our specific raft, we had Sunnie. Sunnie was amazing! The river was particularly challenging that day, almost all of the guides were getting stuck (and it seemed like TAC's guides were the most experienced on the river) and we couldn't have felt like we were in better hands under Sunnie's directions. There were a couple opportunities to swim; most of the time, they were intentional :P Overall, it was a great experience and we look forward to rafting again with TAC the next time we are in Colorado. We will definitely be requesting Sunnie!

This was our first whitewater rafting trip, and our excellent guide Curt made the experience very enjoyable and stress free. Even the youngest of the 3 boys (aged 8-10) felt comfortable out on the river once we got going, cheering excitedly when the next rapids approached. While this trip would be enjoyable regardless, Curt's engaging personality and professionalism made this a trip we'll always fondly remember. I'll think about him every time back home whenever I have a slice of Imo's Pizza, Curt's hometown favorite.

Me and my college roommates had a great time on our rafting trip--perfect way to reconnect after 10 years!! The Adventure Company was great to work with while gathering information, booking, and on-site--very professional and prompt. Nate was a fantastic guide on the water--experienced, safe, and loads of fun! Thank you!
