Browns Canyon on the Arkansas River is our most popular trip! The unique combination of lots of exciting whitewater, spectacular canyon scenery, great mountain views of some of Colorado’s highest mountains and opportunities to spot wildlife make this the ideal raft trip. Exciting enough for seasoned paddlers, but not too scary for first-timers. You will want to bring your friends and family for epic rapids such as Pinball, Zoom Flume, and Big Drop!

My SO and I have rafted five times - three with The Adventure Company. We always have a wonderful time. If you are going to make this trip you would be wise to choose them. Not only are all of their guides experienced and lots of fun; they go out of their way to make sure they meet the needs and expectations of every participant. The raft trip is a big highlight of our Colorado vacation and the Adventure Company does it right. Tim S is a great guide; I have to add that everyone from the front office to the bus driver loves to have fun and make this a great vacation experience. Thank you!

Had a great time running the river with a grandfather, mom, dad, uncle, and three kids (6,7, and 8) - almost all newbies. Tom was our guide and did a great job navigating, giving river information, and showing us the right way to get down the river. After watching a couple of other outfits struggle big-time on a few of the more technical class III's, was glad we had a guide who was able to put our raft of 4 adult paddlers into the right positions so the kids could enjoy the ride (they paddled about 50% of the time). Excellent job by Tom and the entire crew at TAC for an enjoyable afternoon.

Our family did the 3/4 day lunch and rafting trip in Browns Canyon. The fajita lunch and brownies were delicious!! The rafting was very fun even though the water was pretty low. Our guide, Adam, was chatty and fun to talk with. He did a great job. Would definitely recommend this outfitter and Adam as a guide!!!
