Browns Canyon on the Arkansas River is our most popular trip! The unique combination of lots of exciting whitewater, spectacular canyon scenery, great mountain views of some of Colorado’s highest mountains and opportunities to spot wildlife make this the ideal raft trip. Exciting enough for seasoned paddlers, but not too scary for first-timers. You will want to bring your friends and family for epic rapids such as Pinball, Zoom Flume, and Big Drop!

It was a great trip especially for a first time whitewater rafting! We would highly recommend this trip! The whole crew are good kind people! They all have good information to share about the land and and the area. Corry will make you laugh with his humor and corny jokers. Our guide, Mike knew the currents of the river very well - telling us to paddle forward and backward at the appropriate times maneuvering us through the class 3 rapid sets. When one of our passengers fell over, Mike was quick to respond in bringing him back in! Our driver, Angel was also wonderful as she managed to get us from Keystone to Buena Vista on the shuttle then drive us to and from the river on the bus pulling the rafts on those narrow roads in the mountains; she has a talent for even backing up the trailer raft for loading and unloading! We could make her an honorary Texas driver with those skills!

The trip was beautiful and we had the canyon to ourselves. Nate our guide was fantastic. Highly recommend the adventure company. Great experience from start to finish including seeing mountain goats on the way to the river!

Very efficient and knowledgeable crew, and most of all they were able to make a very nervous grandma and child with special needs feel comfortable an have an awesome day. We had Corey as our guide and he was FABULOUS! Full of information about the sights we were seeing and super professional but fun at the same time. Ask for him!!!! Despite a rainy day the entire family had a great time. Thanks Adventure Company!
