Busch Gardens Tampa Bay was an incredible experience! Iron Gwazi is one of the best coasters we have ever ridden! The park is full of world class roller coasters. They left us wow’d afterwards. Zambia’s smokehouse was very good for lunch! The park was very clean, and the staff were mostly friendly. The two negatives were the sky ride was down, and we waited over 1 hour for Cheetah Hunt even with having Quick Queue! Besides the Cheetah Hunt being a long wait, the Quick Queue is worth the investment. We will be back!

The last time we went to this theme park was in 2011, how things have changed! I could write an essay but will keep it short. It took 45 mins to get into the car park, once in the car park I was greeted by 2 car park attendants who told me to just find a space in the “Duck” car park. Absolute chaos, cars driving round and round looking for a space, not a car parking attendant to be seen. We had the tickets on the app and got into the queue for admission, short staffed, disorganised, shambles and people pushing in. After 30 minutes in this queue we finally got in. With all of this being stressful it sucked the fun out of the day. I spoke to someone advising I wasn’t too impressed and got the response “sorry Sir there’s nothing I can do”. Ran down and needs money spending on the place.

I'll be as brief as I can, although I could write pages. Took visiting family there this week. Got there just after opening. Entering was totally disorganized: loads of people permitted to cut in line, entry lines being held up while they dealt with individual issues, no park maps provided, no advance notice of rides being closed (of which there were many), etc. Paid for fast passes and found the waits just as long as standard. Line for lunch was 45 minutes and food was awful. Having more family visiting shortly, but will look for someplace else. Only good thing was that park personell were friendly and apologetic, but could do nothing.
