Never even got to go out, Ocean Outfitters canceled on us twice within 3 days because their boat wasn’t working and I am still waiting on my refund from Viator. Ended up just canceling and had to book with another company last minute while I was still on Oahu and didn’t get to do a morning dive like I originally wanted to. Jen was great helping out but I will not be booking with Viator again as the refund is taking a while to be processed and that is $120 of my vacation money I could have used elsewhere.

Swimming in the deep ocean with sharks was a thrilling experience. Ocean Outfitters staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, we had a great time!
