I LOVED EVERYTHING ! OUR DRIVER WAS VERY KIND, HE WAS ON TIME AND THE TRIP WAS VERY RELAXING! I WILL DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN!

We decided on using Black Hawk Sedans after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor for our airport transfers. We are so glad we did. Their communication was excellent as we received a text and email with our driver's information prior to our arrival. The driver was a true professional and very informative about the city. He definitely went above and beyond his responsibilities. We also used them for our return to DCA airport and all went as smooth as possible. We highly recommend their services.

We booked Black Hawk Sedans for a transfer from Central Washington to Washington Dulles Airport. From our first contact with them via their booking/query form they were excellent, providing all information quickly and professionally. The day before our booking we received an e-mail to confirm all details and then on the day we received an e-mail advising us of the drivers name and vehicle type and registration. This made us feel very safe receiving this information. Our vehicle arrived slightly early for our transfer, the vehicle was immaculate both inside and out and our driver (Gilberto) was dressed professionally in a suit and tie, was very polite, helpful in loading and unloading the car and also gave us interesting insights into landmarks and buildings we passed on the way. The transfer itself was smooth and very comfortable and the bottles of water provided were much appreciated on a very hot day. Overall delighted with the service and will certainly use them again if we are ever in Washington.
