Used the service twice in 3 days. We had delayed flights, issues getting into Arlington, and other problems. One of the only bright spots of our trip was working with Black Hawk. They were mindful of the extremely cold weather and elderly passengers. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and the absolute best.

As my early morning flight was getting closer and closer, I was getting more and more worried about how I would be able to find a cab or Uber at 3:50a. About 2 days prior, I found a few highly rated airport transit companies and started messaging/calling. I booked with Black Hawk not only because of their stellar ratings, but also because they were extremely responsive (and didn’t ghost me) which took a lot of the stress off. I was provided the driver’s contact upon payment which also gave me an extra sense of security that someone would be there and I could reach out if needed. The driver texted me just a few minutes prior to the pickup time to let me know he was here and was waiting to welcome me as I walked out. I was in good hands and made my 6a flight thanks to Black Hawk Sedans.
