I retract my previous great review for this company…..they did NOT refund some of my money for the electric bike that did not work! Liar and bad customer service! Be careful booking with this company…. There are many more businesses in the Carlsbad area that rents electric bikes

I rented 3 electric bikes….1 did not work as an electric bike….David….chief of sales…..refunded me $30 for the inconvenience which was much appreciated!
