I had no idea it was a tour I just wanted to preorder tickets to cave of winds. Didn’t need want or have time for a tour. Am in town for a family wedding. I’m from Buffalo so I paid 17 pp for a tour I didn’t want or need

All of our products are labelled as tours and described as including a one hour tour along with the attraction. In addition, we utilize multiple points of contact with each guest to give the opportunity for clarifications and questions in an attempt to avoid situations such as these.

The weather was kinda dreary, but it was still so very worth the trip. Absolutely amazing to witness. Hope to go back sometime and view it at night.
