This kayak tour sets off to see a few of the many precious gems of Door County.

You will experience thousand year old caves, ancient fossils, and Whitefish Dunes State Park.

After an introductory lesson and a calm launch from a location north of Cave Point, you'll follow the coast until seeing the coves of Cave Point County Park where you'll creep along listening to the wonderful sound of the water and enjoying the view of the caves. Then explore the caves with the kayaks, and finally head towards Whitefish Bay Dunes State Park.

At this point, you will turn around and return to the launch location or head to the take-out point at the Whitefish Bay Town boat launch (dependent upon the wind). The caves are not viewable from the land.

Hello! We just enjoyed the Cave Point Tour. Bert was our guide. He was nice and professional and so fun! Everyone on the tour enjoyed the laid back trip with great instruction and insights .... not to mention beauty and amazing views ...and a chance to see the cave. I’ll be back! Holly Brantley.

We enjoyed every second of the cave kayak tour. We went with our 3 daughters 19,11,10 and none of us have ever been kayaking before. Kelsey was our guide and she was awesome! She was very informative about the area in and out of the water. We learned a lot on the tour. Also, get the picture package. It’s totally worth the low price and you get ALL the images the photographer took (which is a LOT) If we were in the area again, we would definitely do it again.

DC Kayak Tours was great! I went with my husband, sister, and brother-in-law, and we had such a great time with Collin R. as our tour guide! Collin was awesome with his facts, making sure we were prepared before hitting the waters, and kept our safety first. We would definitely recommend this kayak place for the staff and the beautiful scenery!
