Not real impressed. Was not located right off Central Park-with all the one way streets it was very confusing getting to and from the park. We asked for a basket, which we never got and were given NO instructions about how to get to Central Park or around it once there. Once we arrived there was a bike rental place at the entrance!! The ride was nice outside of the fact they rent bicycles to everyone and many people have no idea how to ride or what the rules of the road are.....I almost ran into one young lady who couldn’t ride and then did run over a lady with a trail bike who stopped in the middle of the road, causing me to wreck my bike!!!

Booked two bikes for four hours via groupon. Excellent value. Once we arrive we were assisted by a not so friendly lady who just shouted out commands to us. We were supposed to leave our passport with lady, not going to happen... So we left a hotel key. We got a map of central park and that was it. Oooh and a "friendly' reminder that if we were 1 minute late it would cost 8 dollars an hour (almost more then we paid for 4 hours...). We asked for a bike map of the rest of the city and after a while she handed us a map. Once we were ready to use it, it appeared it was no bike map, rather a subway map. So we had no clue how to navigate the city via bike paths. The brakes on my bike made a lot (!) of noise so everybody knew i was coming :-) Returning the bike was easy, not thank you, no how was your visit, no nothing. I mentioned the wrong map thing but did not get a reply...

We were approached by one of their friendly street agents and decided to rent couple of bikes for the morning and book their bus tour later in the evening. We had a great time with both. Very professional staff. Bikes were well maintained with helmet+lock included in the price. All n all great experience!
