Avec nos visites en petit groupe, vous êtes assuré de vivre une expérience plus intime et plus proche. Les ruelles de Charleston sont heureusement situées dans le quartier historique populaire, ce qui nous permet d'inclure des points d'intérêt bien connus et de sortir un peu "hors des sentiers battus" tout en explorant l'histoire et la beauté des ruelles enchanteresses de Charleston. Généralement, nous incluons entre quatre et six différentes ruelles/passages ainsi que des points d'intérêt populaires comme Rainbow Row et bien sûr, des tonnes d'histoire ! Loved this tour with Jim. Very friendly, easy going, and knowledgeable - loved all the alleys and passages. He even brought bug spray for us - yep, humidity and bugs of the south!! As a first time tourist, we would never have seen these small alleys nor appreciated the history that goes along with them. Be sure to take a water bottle or buy one along the way. This was indeed one of the highlights of our trip.

Kay was the best guide on this tour! So glad we chose this walking tour over others. It touched on everything/ would highly recommend to others visiting the city. It was hot on the 2:00 but there was a breeze.

We loved the tour. Very scenic and informational, and Wendy was amazing! Wendy knew an amazing amount of facts and history, and enjoyed sharing her knowledge. We did think the description of the tour on the website was slightly misleading. We did not go to Rainbow Row, and another member of our tour seemed confused about that. I now see the description mentions it. Also, we had a member in our group on a mobility device and someone with a stroller and small child. The website says wheelchair accessible and stroller accessible. Due to the nature of the old cobblestone roads and passageways and the way the sidewalks in Charleston are not paved smooth, I would say that is misleading. It was not easy for either of them to navigate through. The person on the mobility device would not have made it if he depended on it 100%. There was also a lip (small step over) in one of the passageways that probably would have not been passable by an electronic wheelchair. If you have mobility issues, I don’t recommend this tour. If you have a stroller, be prepared for a bumpy ride.
