My husband & almost 2 year old went on this walking tour this morning. Going early in the day was great before it got too hot & the breeze was nice. Jim was a great guide. We enjoyed hearing all of his local history knowledge. Our son was in a stroller & we were still able to visit the alley’s & hidden historical gems. Although the tour was 2 hours it was a nice leisurely walk for all ages in my opinion.

Evans was a great guide who really knew the history of Charleston and the houses there! Any question asked, he knew the answer, even when questioned about history about places not on the tour.

So fun and interesting! I have such an interest in all those cute little hidden alleys in Charleston so this tour was perfect for me. I had also done a general walking tour previously that hit the hot spots so this tour was perfect as my 2nd tour. Capt. Jim is knowledgeable and makes the tour very fun and interesting. Check it out!
