  • Some galleries have stairs. Please let us know in advance if you need to avoid stairs so we can make sure the itinerary is accessible.
  • Travelers should be able to stand and walk for two hours. Seating is usually not available.

Our guide was Merrily and she provided really interesting background to the artists whose work we viewed. It was a really enjoyable tour, with discussion encouraged in a relaxed environment. Would definitely recommend.

This was my third tour with Merrily in person. I have also enjoyed her virtual tours via Zoom. It is a wonderful way to view the best of the Chelsea galleries. Merrily provides context and background for the artists and exhibits, which adds so much to the experience. I can’t say enough good things about New York Art Tours!
