Great tour informative guide, very cold, snowy day when we went but the boat was lovely and warm. Great trip

The tour was informative and reasonably priced. My husband and I arrived early to get a good seat inside since it was cold outside the day we took the tour. Repeatedly the tour guide reminded guests to stay seated or go outside to take pictures as they would block other people's view inside. However, once the boat left the dock many tourists forgot this warning and chose to take pictures, while blocking the view of those seated. One woman spent most of the trip asking tourists to move out of the way. When it happened to us I informed a woman who was blocking our view and her roughly 8 year old daughter. She moved over 1 inch, which did not help much. I got up and tapped her on the shoulder, since she had lost her ability to hear and chose not to move. She still ignored me, while her young daughter kept turning around and staring. In an effort to enjoy the rest of the cruise I went downstairs.
While we enjoyed the cruise I would suggest that NYC Liberty Cruise enforce it's own suggestion of keeping their guests away from the windows once the cruise starts. Apparently explaining it to them prior to departure is not enough.
