It was very easy to exchange our voucher for our tickets. There were seats on either side of the boat and everybody was meant to sit down so EVERYBODY could see and take photos. Unfortunately there were people on the boat who did not speak English and were extremely annoying and who spent the whole time getting in everybody's way. The guide on the boat told them nicely many times to sit down then he moved away but as they didn't understand what he was saying took no notice. Maybe there should be advertising in different languages? I wouldn't have been as generous.............

We could not get tickets for the Statue of Liberty island thus we thought this cruise would do instead. It turned out to be a great idea, as we had amazing views over Manhattan, the statue and NJ shore, without needing to stay in line with many people and pay a ridiculous amount of money to be on the island w. the statue. We had a very funny and informed guide throughout the cruise, leading to us having a great time and totally recommending this trip to you ;)

this was amazing beautiful sunny day as well. the older guy tour guy had a real problem do to most of people on this trip being chinease and very rude and talking over him. at end of tour we went to speak to him and he was full of information for us. brilliant and worth every penny.
