This is truly a despicable and terrible company to be avoided. My son and I took the 50 minute Statue of Liberty cruise today. We prepaid through the hotel concierge, presented our voucher to get on the boat which clearly said "paid and confirmed" only to be rudely told by a woman name Monique that we had to have an email. Since I didn't have the email, I purchased two additional tickets for my son and me. Moments later, the email came through. When I presented it to Monique, she extremely rudely and unpleasantly refused to refund the overpayment for the second set of tickets. When I shared this experience with the very nice tour guide on the boat, he said that of all the companies for whom he has worked, this ranks as the worst. Their corporate culture is lousy and it sure shows.
