Circle line cruise was a top notch one hour cruise on the Hudson River. From the beginning they are organized and efficient on gathering everyone in line and boarding the boat. The narrator along the journey was extremely informative. My husband and I very much enjoyed the tour. Thanks to the great staff!

The trip was very nice: the commentary was very good regarding NY buildings around. Only thing unacceptable was cost of bottle water was $4.25.

This was nothing short of a SCAM. Do NOT purchase tickets from the individuals running around with Blue or Red Shirts offering to give you Tour advice. While I was very skeptical, we went for it... First, we were lead to believe the price we were getting was a “reduced” price. It was not. Actually, it started out $10 more than what we would have paid at Circle Line Ticket Counter. Secondly, when we arrived at their Dock (Dock 15) the tour was sold out. So, we when to the Circle Lines Ticket Counter to redeem our purchase for the next (and last) Cruise Time of 7:00 PM only to be told that only had 1 seat left. I called Circle Cruise Lines immediately to get a refund. Initially I was told I could not get a refund. After being persistent, I was told a “Representative” would come meet me to run a refund using my Card. After waiting 15 minutes I received a call back from “Tony” telling me all the “Representatives” had left for the day since “all seats were sold out”. Tony said he would text me information in which to email my receipt and Credit Card information in order for me to get my refund. I emailed “Tony” three times without as much of a response much less the credit to my Account. I just cannot abide these businesses that thrive on tourist but fail in doing the right thing. STAY AWAY FROM CIRCLE CRUISE LINES
