We really enjoyed our Liberty Cruise tour of NYC. It was informative and just the right amount of time if traveling on a packed schedule. I highly recommend purchasing premier tickets, as we were treated like royalty and personally escorted to the front of the line, zipped through security, and seated in a reserved section on the upper deck of the boat with excellent views through the glass roof. We also had food and beverage service, as well as access to an outdoor viewing area that was limited to our group and not overly crowded. The one and only problem we had was a family of four that, despite the announcement to not stand in any one place for too long and block the view of other passengers, decided to stand directly in front of us and all the other passengers next to the front windows. We brought it up with a staff member, who didn't seem like he knew exactly how to deal with the situation, so one of our party finally stepped up and politely asked them to move. They seemed embarrassed and said they had purchased tickets in the reserved area, but that the tour operator had oversold the cruise and there weren't any seats available for them. I'm not sure whether that was true, but it did cause a bit of a problem for us and the other passengers who were desperately trying to see around them as we passed by the NYC skyline. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect!
