We couldn't get on a bus because they were always full. We waited for an hour an a half and the three buses that passed by were full and could take us. Sewmike they oversold tickets. So we decided to take an Uber to get around town to see the main sites. We would like to request a full refund.

This company was poorly organized. Everything ran late late and had people waiting for over an hour when it should’ve been only 20 minutes between stops. We’re supposed to start at 9:30 and then did not leave until after 10. Also, the day was shut short, which they told us about but for having a short day the delays ruined perfectly good day. I would not recommend this trip because of the unorganized approach they have to their business.
