New Orleans was snowed in no public transport avail! No buses running. Had to go through hoops to get refund. The tripadvisor description says you will get refund or change of date if inclement weather. I attempted a refund and was told negative until i put a poor trustpilot review in.

We learned a lot of history and the local attractions in New Orleans. Lita and Logan were our guides in the morning and Bill and Elroy in the afternoon. I would recommend the Hop On, Hop Off bus tours to help plan your day.
