Awesome tour. Steve was amazing. His knowledge and ability to entertain made the tour interesting from start to finish. Lots of great history about the Sarasota area and the famous Ringling Brothers. Highly recommend this tour and company.

My wife and I were looking for a tour of Sarasota that would give us a bit of history plus an overview of the town and these folks did not disappoint. The morning of the tour we hiked from our hotel to the City Sightseeing location, and we were warmly greeted by our tour guide, Jon MacDonald. Jon turned out to not only be friendly and engaging, but uniquely knowledgeable regarding the history of Sarasota. Darla and I would both highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Sarasota. I would also add that you should find out when Jon is available for the tour. "City Sightseeing Trolley Tour of Sarasota" also has specialty tours (Haunted Tours, Murder Mystery Tours, etc.) Be sure to check them out. Oh, you are probably wondering what the title has to do with this review. They call their trolley "Dolly the Trolley" and their van "Van A White", ha ha.

Our tour guide Steve was very knowledgeable about the area and the surrounding attractions. We saw homes that belonged to the Ringling Brothers, he pointed out and gave the history of several parks and art museums and we went down Main Street which was filled with shops and restaurants. It was a very informative tour since we didn't know very much about Sarasota.
