Pat and Siggi were great hosts for this informative general tour of the city. I felt we got a goof overview of the history and development of Sarasota. Pat is a member of the historical society and seemed very knowledge about the evolution of the area. The banter with Siggi, our driver, was fun and added an element of interest on the long traffic lights. Pat also pointed us toward a good resturant for lunch. Book early - the trolley was always full. Airconditioned, and enclosed. There is a resaurant nearby for a quick bite. Arrive early to get a good seat. Shops also nearby for artsy stuff. Walkable from downtown.

John was loaded with information about Sarasota and JEff was a great driver - really enjoyed learning about the town. This is a great tour - we try to do bus tours wherever we go and this one rated right up there!!!
