Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about Sarasota (past and present). He brought frequent humor to the narration that kept the audiences' attention so as not to miss the next subtle remark. My wife and I learned a lot on the tour and that is what we hoped would occur on the tour.

We were excited to ride the trolley and see the sites, but it ended up being a jam packed Van and no trolley so we passed on the tour and no refund was offered. Very disappointing.

We run these tours in the van or trolley and the vehicle is shown in the booking form so you can choose. But It is the same tour regardless of vehicle. Many people prefer the van because there is more interaction. I am not sure why you would not take the tour. But, we did offer you a credit for a future tour so you could have selected one running in the trolley. We cannot provide refunds since there was no way to resell your tickets when you arrive and change your mind.
