Cette excursion consiste à trouver les meilleurs endroits pour les lamantins et à utiliser nos kayaks transparents pour vous offrir la meilleure vue possible sans vous mouiller ! Crystal River est connue comme la «capitale mondiale des lamantins». Lors de cette visite, nous voulons que nos invités découvrent les lamantins dans leur habitat naturel. Crystal River est alimentée par des dizaines de sources naturelles, ce qui en fait un point chaud pendant les mois « les plus froids » de la Floride. Entre novembre et mars, des centaines de lamantins migrent vers les sources pour chercher refuge et rester au chaud. I booked this trip for myself and my daughter. Neither one of us had previously seen manatees in their natural habitat and since she was visiting, this was something we had to do. Chris was very knowledgeable and observant. He did a great job telling us facts about the manatees. Plus he also watched out for us and made sure that our group was together.

Our tour guide Lacey was amazing, fun and knowledgeable! The tour was great. Big bonus: we saw a lot of manatees. Lacey really cares about the manatees and will let other people (even outside the tour group) know if their behavior is affecting the animals. It is good to know that people leading the tours are not just in it for the money, but really want to protect the beautiful animals.
