Cette excursion consiste à trouver les meilleurs endroits pour les lamantins et à utiliser nos kayaks transparents pour vous offrir la meilleure vue possible sans vous mouiller ! Crystal River est connue comme la «capitale mondiale des lamantins». Lors de cette visite, nous voulons que nos invités découvrent les lamantins dans leur habitat naturel. Crystal River est alimentée par des dizaines de sources naturelles, ce qui en fait un point chaud pendant les mois « les plus froids » de la Floride. Entre novembre et mars, des centaines de lamantins migrent vers les sources pour chercher refuge et rester au chaud. Nous ne pouvons pas contrôler où ils pourraient se trouver dans la région, mais nos guides expérimentés vous emmèneront là où ils sont le plus actifs ! Alors que les lamantins sont notre objectif principal de cette visite, nous voyons souvent des dauphins, des poissons, des tortues, des oiseaux et bien plus encore ! Our tour was absolutely amazing! Our guide Shade ROCKED and was super knowledgeable and fun. Even tho it was off season we saw at least 6 manatees which he managed to spot with his expert eyes. We went at a really manageable pace for our abilities and he gave us the option to spend time paddling alone or to have a more traditionally narrated experience. He even took a group pic for us and air dropped it to my iPhone! Going for the first tour of the day at 9 a.m. was perfect, the temp was ideal and we beat the rain! Literally had the BEST time!!! Shade is awesome and deserves a raise !!

This was a great tour mostly because of Shade and we didn’t even see any manatees unfortunately because not in the right season. We knew that maybe we weren’t gonna see them. Regardless it was nice. Shade was interacting with the whole family and explaining everything about the area/manatees/wildlife. I think the host makes the difference on a tour. Prepare yourself for a good workout when Kayaking. Defined recommended and would do it again.
