Cette excursion consiste à trouver les meilleurs endroits pour les lamantins et à utiliser nos kayaks transparents pour vous offrir la meilleure vue possible sans vous mouiller ! Crystal River est connue comme la «capitale mondiale des lamantins». Lors de cette visite, nous voulons que nos invités découvrent les lamantins dans leur habitat naturel. Crystal River est alimentée par des dizaines de sources naturelles, ce qui en fait un point chaud pendant les mois « les plus froids » de la Floride. Entre novembre et mars, des centaines de lamantins migrent vers les sources pour chercher refuge et rester au chaud. Nous ne pouvons pas contrôler où ils pourraient se trouver dans la région, mais nos guides expérimentés vous emmèneront là où ils sont le plus actifs ! Seth made the entire experience enjoyable. Several years ago we went snorkeling to see manatees and our guide back then (at another company) made us so nervous we thought we were going to destroy the manatees before we had even gotten into the water. But Seth was very calm while explaining the rules and guidelines. His relaxed nature put us at ease, as though he was confident that we would respect the manatees and their habitat. He was informative and helpful and it was a pleasure being a part of his group. The clear kayaks were very cool and were sort of canoe like, so we had no concern about tipping. A combination of having a rockstar for a guide and just being out on the water made for a pleasurable experience, manatees or not. We did see plenty of manatees, which was the icing on the cake!

Our group was small, only 5 kayaks or so. The guide was very nice. The clear kayaks are very cool. It's a great way to see the nature around you and the manatees!

What a cool experience. Our guide Josh was very chill and knowledgeable about the manatees. We saw about 25 including a few calves. Well worth it.
