Cette excursion consiste à trouver les meilleurs endroits pour les lamantins et à utiliser nos kayaks transparents pour vous offrir la meilleure vue possible sans vous mouiller ! Crystal River est connue comme la «capitale mondiale des lamantins». Lors de cette visite, nous voulons que nos invités découvrent les lamantins dans leur habitat naturel. Crystal River est alimentée par des dizaines de sources naturelles, ce qui en fait un point chaud pendant les mois « les plus froids » de la Floride. Entre novembre et mars, des centaines de lamantins migrent vers les sources pour chercher refuge et rester au chaud. Nous ne pouvons pas contrôler où ils pourraient se trouver dans la région, mais nos guides expérimentés vous emmèneront là où ils sont le plus actifs ! My family and I had a wonderful experience at Crystal River with Get Up And Go Kayaking. Their clear bottom kayaks were a great way to see wildlife and everything underwater. Our guide Seth was AWESOME! Very knowledgeable about the area, kept the entire trip both educational and fun! During our adventure we saw multiple manatees from the launch point and back in the springs. Along with our family of 3 we brought our Nana (elderly with a terrible back issue) and she loved it! The kayaks were comfortable and easy for her to handle. Besides the four in our group there was a total of 10 kayakers in our tour. Some with younger kids than my 9 year old daughter. I can definitely say this experience is great for ALL ages. Everything from start to finish was absolutely incredible and highly recommend going here to view the manatees. Great experience!

We enjoyed our trip out today with Chris! We saw 2 manatees some birds and a turtle or two. Will definitely be going back!

Our guide definitely knew what he was doing, and helped everyone to keep up and be involved. I was disappointed in the "see through" kayaks as the plastic had a lot of scratches and just watermarks on the inside. We never actually saw anything through the see-through hull. We saw plenty of Manatees but we did not go to the Three Sisters Spring area where the water would have been much more clear. The guide said that it is simply too crowed there to safely take all the kayaks in. Net, I was glad I did it, but it did not match up to my expectations.

We are glad you were able to see plenty of manatees, as that is the focus on the tour. Hopefully we can get you out on our Three Sisters Springs tour when we get a new fleet of kayaks!
