Join us for a 100% clear kayak tour through the active waterways of Crystal River! Hundreds of manatees make Crystal River their home during the colder months on our Manatee Tour (November 14 - March 31), and some stick around all year to enjoy the refreshing water from Hunter Springs. Our 2 different tour options each give a unique perspective on this incredibly popular location. Come paddle with us!

We were disappointed as Hurricane Ian killed the sea grass which causes the Crystal river to become a murky color and the manatees moved on to where the food was plentiful. Our guide, Izzy, was wonderful and of course she has no control over the manatee sightings.

We were nearly disappointed to learn that there might not be any manatee sightings, since it wasn’t quite the season for them to be here yet. However, our guide Izzy was determined to find some and to our delightful surprise, we spotted a momma and her calf! Was worth the effort getting there and back.
