Cette excursion consiste à trouver les meilleurs endroits pour les lamantins et à utiliser nos kayaks transparents pour vous offrir la meilleure vue possible sans vous mouiller ! Crystal River est connue comme la «capitale mondiale des lamantins». Lors de cette visite, nous voulons que nos invités découvrent les lamantins dans leur habitat naturel. Crystal River est alimentée par des dizaines de sources naturelles, ce qui en fait un point chaud pendant les mois « les plus froids » de la Floride. Entre novembre et mars, des centaines de lamantins migrent vers les sources pour chercher refuge et rester au chaud. Nous ne pouvons pas contrôler où ils pourraient se trouver dans la région, mais nos guides expérimentés vous emmèneront là où ils sont le plus actifs ! Alors que les lamantins sont notre objectif principal de cette visite, nous voyons souvent des dauphins, des poissons, des tortues, des oiseaux et bien plus encore ! Didn't see much. The weather was nice. The guide was good. We've had better kayak experiences. I don't think I would go back. Fort DeSoto was nicer. I wouldn't pay for a see thru kayak again.

Hey Cyndi! This is the Crystal River location. Fort De Soto is about two hours south of us, so I believe that you are reviewing a different tour! Do you have anyone reading this knows that this is not a reflection of the Crystal River kayak tour.

Wonderful experience, great guide, very accommodating for our little family of three in a kayak (parents and 9 month old). They allowed us to take our time keeping up with the group and we didn't feel like we were dragging behind. Only downside would be the number of other tour groups in the area - but understandable as this is a tourist attraction

We did the glass bottom kayak/manatee tour today. Our guide was Hunter and he did an awesome job. Despite warm weather the past week, and many other tour companies not seeing any manatees, he went out of his way and even past the end of our tour a little to find us some manatees. It was really neat to see them so close. We took our 1.5 year old with us kayaking for the first time as well, and Hunter was so accommodating to make sure we did ok. Great tour. Thank you so much!
