Cette excursion consiste à trouver les meilleurs endroits pour les lamantins et à utiliser nos kayaks transparents pour vous offrir la meilleure vue possible sans vous mouiller ! Crystal River est connue comme la «capitale mondiale des lamantins». Lors de cette visite, nous voulons que nos invités découvrent les lamantins dans leur habitat naturel. Crystal River est alimentée par des dizaines de sources naturelles, ce qui en fait un point chaud pendant les mois « les plus froids » de la Floride. Entre novembre et mars, des centaines de lamantins migrent vers les sources pour chercher refuge et rester au chaud. Nous ne pouvons pas contrôler où ils pourraient se trouver dans la région, mais nos guides expérimentés vous emmèneront là où ils sont le plus actifs ! Alors que les lamantins sont notre objectif principal de cette visite, nous voyons souvent des dauphins, des poissons, des tortues, des oiseaux et bien plus encore ! Seeing the manitees was incredible! However, very little of the kyak tour was actually in crystal clear water. The river was so busy, we were constantly navigating around paddle boards, other kyaks, snorkelers, and motored boats. It made me anxious! Tour guide Shade was the best, he kept us all entertained and informed. This tour place isn't fancy. The dock area is old and dirty. The kyacks are scratched up and showing signs of age. There is no check in booth, just some random guys sitting on a picnic table when you walk down to the river. One guy was smoking weed, not sure if he worked there or was just hanging out with them. Definitely not a sign of professionalism or safety. Overall, I wouldn't do it again given the price and distance (we drove 90 minutes). However, we enjoyed seeing a few manitees and our tour guide.

This is definitely not what we want to hear! Unfortunately, we cannot control the behavior of others, nor can we ensure that other companies who launch from the public dock are professional. We apologize for the impact this had on your experience and have reported the behavior to the company that employs them. The city park we launch from is consistently undergoing improvements, so we will pass this along to them as well. We are glad you enjoyed Shade and got to see some manatees! Fantastic experience. Lacey was fabulous. Saw a ton of manatees and other wildlife. Definitely a must do

We had an INCREDIBLE time Windsor took us to a small cove where we saw probably 10 manatees - sat and enjoyed them coming up and back down for air for the whole tour! Loved it
