Jeri is the best guide for us. She was very knowledgeable on the mountains in the area, Crater Lake, trees, flowers, and general natural conservation history. She was very considerate to all the guests and would easily comply with a special needs or requests. Jeri makes a very good guide. I even took up a two hour kayak trip in Klamath Lake with Jeri. This was fun and I enjoyed seeing pelicans, great egrets, Terns, and Wocus flowers. I am inspired to even take a win e tour with Jeri.

Jeri was wonderful as a tour guide. She picked us at our hotel where we met the very nice family of four who were joining my wife and I on the tour. Jeri is an excellent driver and took the time to engage us with pleasant conversation and information regarding locations we passed and stopped at along the way to Crater Lake. Jeri is obviously very knowledgeable of the area, and provided us with pertinent facts of the quite unusual area surrounding the park. On arrival at the park we took a hike at Sun Notch to get our first views of Crater Lake and the “Phantom Ship”, and were immediately blown away by the incredible beauty of the lake! As a Photographer, I immediately went to work getting amazing shots of the gorgeous blue water. My wife and the family along with us were also suitably amazed and impressed by the unusual and striking beauty of the many viewpoints along the trail. After experiencing several more varied and beautiful viewpoints we had lunch at the Rim Village. One thing to keep in mind is that the Cafe might be crowded, so plan your time appropriately. After lunch and several more amazing views, Jeri drove us back to our hotel, where we said our goodbyes and thanked her again for an amazing tour! If you’re considering a trip to Crater Lake, Jeri’s tour is one you definitely should consider!
