7/22/21 Tour 12pm
My horse was named Bud
I believe my tour guide's name was Scott.
I don't know was more amazing Bud or Scott. Bud and Scott have both worked with each other for a number of years and had a friendship bond that was unbreakable. It was almost as if they were both able to read each other's minds. I have been on several other carriage rides before but never with a horse who was so professional. Outstanding job Bud. Now on to Scott, He was incredible. Not only did his wealth of information about the city was astonishing us, but he was able to point out places of interest on our tour that either he or his family was immediately connected to. He wasn't just our history guide he was tied to the history that he was guiding us through. He truly had a passion for his job. In my personal opinion, the next time I'm in Charleston, I am going to contact the company and schedule a private tour with Scott and Bud, Because as far as I am concerned they are the only 2 that should be giving tours of the setting.
Management: Please do everything in your power to keep Scott happy and employed with your company. He is truly a star. I have worked at Disney for the last 10 years and I know good customer service. Not only is Scott focused on safety, courtesy, efficiency, and show, He is quite passionate about what he does. It is in my strong opinion that I advise you to increase his pay raise, you don't want to lose an employee like him.
