The only catch is that most of these politicians have long since departed this life. I booked this tour with a friend for a Tuesday night. Around noon on Tuesday I was contacted by someone with the company that they had to cancel due to an emergency. They offered to book us for another time or give us a credit for future use. Which I guess should have been a red flag because if they're cancelling and it was legitimate, they would have offered a refund, but they did not. After checking with my friend we agreed to go the next night. When we arrived at the meeting place there was no ghost tour. There was a huge group for a park tour and a private tour. I immediately contacted the company for a refund and they refused, saying they never give refunds and it's my fault for not being at the meeting place. Which was pretty funny considering that I was there and that person was most definitely not. After trying to get a refund through Tripadvisor and my credit card company, I found out that in the terms and conditions they can cancel anyone at anytime with no refund. So, I was ripped off. I paid them. They cancelled. They kept my money.

Sweet guide but poorly trained and ill -informed about subject matter. Storytelling needs a lot of work.

Read the fine print. Drinks are NOT Included in the price. I was aware of this but other guests were surprised. We also went to some pricey places. It was a nice experience but more the guide was telling us stories of ghosts in buildings we never entered. The stories were about ghosts in the white house or in a building across the street, while we sipped our drinks in a posh bar. I would not go on this tour again. It is overpriced for the experience I was hoping to have. In other cities, I have gone on ghost tours and they were much more spooky and less per ticket.
