I did the Death in New York guided walking tour as a private/ one-on-one tour because it wasn't happening on a day I was there otherwise, and I am so happy I splurged on this! It was a fantastic experience - interesting, engaging, and fun, plus I learned so much. Going on this tour added invaluably to my experience in NYC. I will look for other tours by Purefinder when I make it back to New York someday. One thing I loved is that the information met me where I was - I didn't feel like an idiot for not remembering bits of history, but it was certainly in enough depth and detail that I cannot imagine anyone who wouldn't learn cool facts and stories they didn't already know. Seriously, top-notch.

Fantastic tour! I went on this tour by myself and was the only person there not from NY. Krombie was super friendly and hilarious, and shared a TON of fun facts that weren’t even technically part of the tour. I wish I had more time in the city so I could go on her other tours, but they are definitely on my list of things to do next time I come back.

OMG, what an enjoyable tour!! Krombie is an enthusiastic storyteller with a knack for unexpected comedic touches that made NY history a pleasure to listen to! Wish my high school and college professors taught this way. I absorbed every word and wished it could have been longer! She’s amazing. GO ON HER TOUR!!
