Krombie gave a spellbinding tour of the darker aspects of New Amsterdam and early New York’s history, presenting fascinating facts, connections and coincidences on the topic of Death in New York. She’s clearly done a ton of research and has huge passion for New York. Killer stories, great experience - Highly recommend!

This is my third trip to New York and the guide weaved the historic elements of the city together in a way that made me understand it better. Though the stops are quite close together, the information and stories at each one illustrated the breadth of New York and how far the city has come since its origins. This is an excellent tour based on the guides research and I would highly recommend it. Glenda A

This is a fantastic tour!! The tour is based on original research that K. Krombie has done for her book which I plan to buy. She has planned an extremely informative, amusing and surprising series of stops on a walking tour around lower Manhattan. I am a New Yorker born and raised in the West Village and we went places and saw things that I had never known existed much less visited. She knows her subject absolutely and presents it with enthusiasm and charm. She also knows plenty of other things that she has discovered in her adventures and researches around the city. I was constantly amazed to learn about events and places I have walked by a thousand times. I recommend her tour to anyone. It is very, very good and well worthwhile.
