we participated in the tour with our two boys ( 3) and (6). It was wonderful weather even Denali was in full glory. The tour is perfectly organized and with the jeeps, even the little guests have fun.

Our party of ten was in three jeeps, along with several more. Our guide Austin was in the lead Jeep and Cara was our guide in the last Jeep. Although the weather had low clouds and intermittent rain, it was a GREAT tour. Austin and Cara provided fabulous commentary about the geography and history of Denali. Cara recounted her participation in several dog sled races, including the Iditarod. Although we weren’t able to see Denali itself, the brooding skies and cool, wet weather gave our trip a adventurous mood. Denali Jeep Excursions is a class act. Wish I could give them six stars.

For starters the jeeps are super fun to drive! They are in great shape and top notch. As we headed out on tour with Austin and Zac we knew we were in good hands. We could not wait to leave the pavement and hit the gravel. The first animal stop was amazing...seeing a Moose out in the wild was incredible! Our guides made the tour special by making frequent stops for photos. Austin & Zac were patient and knowledgeable. We learned quite a bit from them. There's nothing like rolling down the road in your own jeep with gorgeous mountain scenery out the window! Fyi- might want to bring some mosquito spray...there were quite a few at one stop.
