This was a great excursion with attention to detail for safety. Very well organised with a lead jeep and tail end jeep. Don and Bailey were very knowledgeable guides. It’s good to support a small local company rather than the cruise ship owned companies.

Great way to tour the Denali highway. Our tour guides Abby and Nancy were excellent and their knowledge of the park was outstanding. Especially liked the use of CB’s for communication during the tour.

Seeing a porcupine was the most memorable experience in this fairly boring 4+ hr excursion. The guides were very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating and the Jeeps were all in very good condition. Other than the aforementioned porcupine, no animals were seen. This obviously was not anyone’s fault but a fact nonetheless. The scenery was nice but our drive to and from Denali had better views. About an hour and a half in total was spent getting everything and everyone checked out and underway on paved roads to get to and from the “main attraction” which is Denali highway. We ventured about 20 miles out and back on this partially paved road. The narrative given by the guides over the CB radios was generally interesting but IMHO not worth the time or money. Of course one moose or bear would have been worth an additional 2 stars.
