I'm sure this tour is outstanding- but I wouldn't know because i didn't take the tour- even if i bought my tickets. No where on the Viator ticket did it tell me that I still need to reserve tickets with the tour company. It says on my confirmation that the tour company will accept my paper ticket or view on my phone- no where does it says that I need to take my confirmation to the tour company, and trade it in for actual tickets. We arrived that day, and all the tours were sold out.
The fault is not with the tour company, but with Viator for not informing me that i still needed to contact the tour company for my tickets.
