The flight it self was great, the pilot maintain a very smooth flight. My biggest complaint was there was no safety harnesses, just regular seat belts. I literally was hanging out the side, there were no handles to grab, all I was depending on was the seat belt which didn't feel very snug. I had to hold the outer rim of the helicopter with one hand and wrap my arm around my spouses arm. I have been in helicopters before with harnesses and doors. This had no doors, which would probably be fine if they didn't squeeze 4 adults in the back seat. I get that this company wants to sell as many tickets they can per flight, but I really believe the customers would have a better experience if they had 4 point safety harnesses and handles to grab onto in the back seat. I would only fly this again if they make those improvements

Thank you for providing the feedback. Good and bad we want to hear it. Regarding the seat belt yes it is just a regular seat belt. This has been approved by the FAA for this aircraft and this is the manufacture seatbelt installed and approved to do doors off (and on). That said the idea of having handles is something to consider and I will be sure to mention it to our appropriate staff here. Aloha~

Incredible way to see the island and especially the Napali Coast! It was such a smooth ride and we took hundreds of pictures/videos! Our guide, Nicholas was amazing! Always telling us what was coming up next so we would be prepared and giving us so many interesting facts about the island. Highly recommend doing doors off!

Thank you! We agree for those that are up for it doors off is the way to go! It is definitely windy but we feel worth it to get those unobstructed views of the island. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your time here in Kauai.

Wifey and I had an amazing experience on the doors off helicopter tour. We got a tour and views of the island that we otherwise wouldn't of been able to see. Our pilot Steve Shafer was funny, super informative and was a great pilot who made us feel safe. Highly, highly recommend.
