My wife an I visited The Edge yesterday with our three children. It was a beautiful, sunny day and they were completely sold out. We had reservations for a later time in the afternoon, and realized it was going to conflict with our dinner plans. We arrive about 1.5 hours earlier than our reservation. We explained our situation to the manager, Alfred, who kindly changed our reservations. Big shout out to him. The entire experience was delightful. I’ve read some of the bad reviews about the staff, but we found everyone to be pleasant, yet necessarily firm enforcing COVID restrictions. We’ve been fortunate to visit all of the major NYC observation decks, and unanimously agreed that the edge offered the best views, and made you feel like there was nothing between you and the city. Highly recommend.
