This adventure was worth every penny. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Ben, was very knowledgeable and fun to be around with. Our Airboat tour driver was Miccosukee Native, Robert and I guess he must be over 72 years old. He took us to an old Indian village deep in Everglades where he grew up. It was very nice to walkaround that village. We also got to see the resident Alligator, Mama who herself is 70+ years old and Robert knows her since he was a kid. Another highlight was cruising through mangroves in Gulf of Mexico where we saw Dolphins. Our boat Captain was Tristan. He shared lots of stories and we enjoyed his company. We saw lots of alligators and different birds. We even saw the smallest US Post Office in Ochopee. Overall, great experience, nice people and good food.

Hard to pick one thing that was a favorite but seeing such a plethora of wildlife was absolutely amazing!! We had an excellent guide in Mike who ensured we had drinks, snacks, bathroom stops, and even pit stops for Park Service stamps. He was very knowledgeable about the environment, wildlife and local culture and knew all the best spots to have special nature experiences. Lunch in Everglades City was relaxed and DELICIOUS!! Our two captains were fun and knowledgeable as well! We had originally planned a half day adventure but due to logistical issues Wild Lime offered smooth transition to the full day tour. Meetups were easy and transportation was safe and comfortable. Overall an excellent day and would do it again!

Thank you so much for coming on our tour and for leaving us a review. We really appreciate it. We also appreciate your flexibility in making it work. Thanks for mentioning your guide Mike as well. We are a little biased, I'm afraid: We agree - He is quite good, isn't he!? We are thrilled you went on the adventure with us. We hope to see you again one day!

Before leaving home, I researched, to find an authentic Everglades trip. It was all that and more! Our guide Mike, was the perfect laid back kind of guy, who was easily adaptable to changes and individual requests. Great personality and it was genuine! I was alone, but mixed in with an interesting, diverse group of people, to whom this type of trip held a "back to nature" appeal. During the course of the day, we set out on 4 walks, which were boardwalk paved. Lots of alligator sightings, with many newborns (cute when they're small)! If you are interested in birds, it is nothing short of paradise. We boarded a not fancy, airboat, for an hour long trip through the swamps. No other way to see that part of the Everglades. Lunch was included, at a stone crab shack in Everglades City, complete with traps all around and wood picnic tables facing the water. What a spot! The crab cakes were huge and delicious. Next stop was a thrill, with a power boat trip, leaving from Chokoloskee, Fl. Bet you haven't heard to it! Our driver was a young guy who was 6th. generation. He maneuvered us through the 10,000 islands region, while many dolphins swam along with us. So much history in those waters. All in all, don't even think about going on a packaged "alligator wrestling" trip, when Wild Lime has a menu of offerings that will show you the real thing. And, thank you Ben, for the organization leading up to my memorable trip. You really know how to run your company.

Thank you so very kindly for your wonderful review. We appreciate you taking some time to detail what you loved about the day, and for mentioning the appeal of doing the real Everglades, as opposed to places where people see animals in cages and pens. You're right. Why do that, when you can see tons of wildlife where it should be enjoyed, in the wild! Thanks as well for mentioning your guide, Mike. It means a lot to us that you came out there with us, and for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope to go on another adventure with you one day!
