They messaged us via text out of the blue to cancel the tour and offered us one alternative date that did not work for our trip, even though we were there for a week. I responded to their text, and was basically blown off for several texts afterwards. Have tried to get in touch via other means. Save your money and yourself the trouble- book elsewhere!

I am certainly someone who values feedback of all kinds, but when I went back and looked at the communication between you and our team member, I notice that what you say here in your review is not what happened. This review is misleading. No one "blew you off," for starters. We would never do that. And your trip for one month in advance was not even cancelled. And your review conveniently failed to mention that all of the messages we had with you back and forth took place within just a span of just a few hours, which actually constitutes good customer service. If you were looking for an answer to a question within seconds, you should have called. Your review is completely unreasonable, which is why this is the first review in the 5 years we have been in business that anyone has claimed horrible customer service. I am great at apologizing if there is something we could have done better, but after reviewing the communication that took place, I stand behind our timeliness, friendliness and professionalism.

A lot of alligators. The most memorable one was the dolphins swimming following our boat. It was truly amazing. Our tour guide Mike was very knowledgeable. He pointed to many wild animals along the road. This was one of the best tours I have ever had. Thank you Mike!

My wife, son, & I spent a full day with Ben, who guided us throughout the park, and saw more than we would have doing it on our own. We began with an Airboat tour through the River of Grass and saw alligators and visited a floating island. Then we hiked through “Sharks ?” and Ben pointed out the many birds, alligators, fish, and other wildlife of the Everglades. Appreciated the availability of rest rooms, water, soda, and snacks throughout the tour. The visit to Everglades City was a highlight for the wonderful lunch (featuring Cuban cuisine) and the boat rides throughout the many small islands. We especially enjoyed the many dolphins that entertained us and chased us and jumped in our wake as we left. On our return, we hiked through Big Cypress and found how the alligators create holes where the water remains as the natural receding season of the River of Grass occurs creating growth for trees and water for fish and other wildlife. Ben was great at reading the group and how much to hike! We left the tour happy and tired! Would recommend this tour to anyone interested in visiting the Everglades! They have sunscreen and insect repellent as needed.

Thank you for including so much of what you saw and did that day. That truly means a lot. We try to pack it all in, and allow people to see as much of 6 or 7 ecosystems within the real Everglades (9 in total) as possible, so thanks for noticing that. We loved seeing it all with you, and hope to see you again one day soon.
