First time visiting but I liked it. It is a huge museum with different levels and tons of exhibits, so plan to spend the day. My favorite was the dinosaur exhibit. My advice is to arrive early because it does get busy. Nice size gift shop.

It was nice to get in early before the crowds. You get to take pics and look around. Tour guide was very informative. It is a huge museum so you won't get to see it all before opening but an hr without the crowds is nice. You get tickets to all shows as a plus.
