Dave was a great tour guide - very personable and knowledgeable! My wife and I were the only ones so we got a private tour that started at our hotel. We visited a few markets and several wineries in Door County. We are not really cider and wine people, but we sampled quite a few ciders, wines, and cheeses having a fantastic time. Even bought a couple bottles for later! Being our first time in Door County, this was a perfect introduction. Our lunch was nice but the place Dave took us to made it great. Since it was just us and there was time, Dave added a place or two. We told the hotel staff about it and would recommend this to anyone.

There was no itinerary so it felt like we got a ride to random wineries in a nice van. No snacks or water were offered to us as the description said there would be.

Yes, every day will feel a little different on our tours because exact itineraries are not possible due to a number of factors. Picking groups up around the county means that every day we have the potential for different starting points which affects our exact route for the day. Additionally, some folks don't like drinking right away in the morning, and we need to arrive to pick up our lunch at a specific time so accommodations are made on the fly which may make it feel random but it's all in an effort to customize the tour to the individuals and keep us on a time schedule. Snacks and waters are always available in the van, they never get removed. I usually announce that water and snacks are available but if I didn't on your tour I apologize. I would absolutely have produced these items had I known you wanted them (the waters are in between the front seats in the bag and snacks are in the front). But yes, the service is basically going from winery to winery, safely, and in a nice vehicle which is what the description says. Not sure what else you were expecting.
