The captain was very prejudice against my Hispanic friends before we even left the dock. He assumed they didn’t pay. Then while on the boat he was rude and kept trying to convince us to go back because someone was sick from partying the night before. We told him three times that we didn’t want to go back and he just kept asking until we said okay but that we want to go back slowly so we can still fish. Nope, he rolled in the poles and we were back in no time. He then told me that he needs a thirty percent tip for our trip, since when do you tell someone how much to tip? We would gladly tip the assistant because he at least tried to make it fun. When booking the trip they said it was kid friendly but there wasn’t anything for the kids to do. They layed around bored, the captain could of had the kids steer the boat or tell them fishing stories but he didn’t interact at all and was actually annoyed if anyone approached the captain area.
Later my friend tried speaking with the owner to let him know what was going on and all he said was, “didn’t you catch some fish? Yes? Then your good”. Wow, didn’t even want to hear any part of it. He also assumed we wanted our money back and that wasn’t our intention, we were only trying to let him know how unprofessional his employee was.
I highly recommend going to a different company and hopefully you will have a better experience than we did.

We always. ask all of our customers if they payed at the office before boarding the boats is company policy. I did not talk. to anybody from your party sow did you speak with? Im sorry about your experience.
