We were a group of 6 with ages ranging from 25-58. Our tour guide for the day was Rachael who was fantastic. We had a few on the trip who were fearful of heights and Rachel went out of her way to get them both up to the top of Moro rock. She was patient, kind, and helped them overcome their fear. The view was beautiful and worth the steep height. Rachel made sure we visited all the spots we had requested. She was extremely knowledgeable about the park and all the history within the park. Our favorite experience was the 3 mile hike surroundingthe general Sherman tree. She took us off the beaten path and were able to capture some pretty amazing g photos. If you’re looking to do a tour of this area request her and you won’t be disappointed. We have done many tours and she is by far one of the best guides we have had. Thank you for the memories.

Cancelled on us 48 hours before our tour. 24 hours before our tour they reached out and offered to help find another guide. Too little, too late. They left a terrible impression on me.

Hi Rebecca, We appreciate you sharing your experience. Unfortunately, we do sometimes have unforeseen circumstances arise that require schedule changes and, while we try to keep these to an absolute minimum, we always attempt to find a solution for our customers. In this case, our team did reach out three days and two before your scheduled tour with an attempt to find a solution with another trusted supplier. We're sorry to hear that didn't work out and hope we can make things right in the future. We'd love to offer you a credit toward a future booking if you're able to reach out to our team directly. We greatly appreciate your understanding!
