We chose them over other rental companies because of the reviews. The staff was very friendly and they seamed to sanitize their helmets. My only complaint is that the seats were very uncomfortable. I wish there were pads to rent or that came with the bikes.

Nice clean bikes, rental process is fast and painless. They advertise closest to the bridge but we passed bike rental company that was closer. But not sure that being close to the bridge is the best way to do this. My opinion is rent a bike closer to the Ferry landing for when you return on the Ferry you are done. It is further from the Golden Gate bridge buts its flat and you are not tired yet so you are pedaling that part first.

Highly recommended. With Multiple kinds of bikes to rent, you can definitely find what you need. The road bikes are quite speedy and efficient. At $30 for the day, you really can't go wrong. They give you a full 24 hours. We returned ours the next morning. There's no confusion when renting from this place. The kind lady was clear when laying out the rules/regulations, complete with a map and understanding that bike-riding is not tolerated on the sidewalks in the city. She told us which roads to take and which to stay away from (busy streets with no bike lanes). Also a good middle location between Golden Gate and Fisherman's wharf so you don't have to tire yourself at the end of the day.
